Mykaylan Burner

Mykaylan Burner is a personal injury attorney at Berry Law. She graduated magna cum laude from South Dakota State University in 2021 and earned her J.D. from Creighton University School of Law in 2024, then was admitted to the Nebraska State Bar and the Nebraska District Court in September 2024. During law school, she worked at the Creighton Juvenile Justice Legal Clinic, representing young clients in diversion and probation matters, and completed more than 50 hours of pro bono service, earning the Creighton Pro Bono Service Distinction and a certificate from the Nebraska Supreme Court Access to Justice Commission. She also has prior experience working in state legislatures and the U.S. Congress.
