Laura Ostrander

Laura Ostrander is a personal injury and workers' compensation attorney at Berry Law with twenty years of experience in workers' compensation claims. She earned her J.D. with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law and her B.A. in English (with Biology Minor) magna cum laude from Luther College. After graduating law school, she clerked for Judge Van Zimmer of the Iowa Court of Appeals. Her appellate work established several workers' compensation precedents in Iowa before the Iowa Court of Appeals and the Iowa Supreme Court. She has represented clients before the Iowa Division of Workers' Compensation, Iowa District Courts, the Iowa Court of Appeals, and the Iowa Supreme Court.
