Rachel Collins

Rachel Collins is a personal injury attorney at Berry Law in Nebraska, with over a decade of legal practice in civil matters.

Before her current role, Collins served as a briefing attorney for the Fourteenth Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas, researching civil and criminal matters and assisting with judicial opinions.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003 and her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2007. While in law school, she edited the Texas Tech Journal of Texas Administrative Law, was a member of the Order of the Barrister (2007), and served as director of coaching for the Board of Barristers.

She was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2007 and the Nebraska Bar in 2020.

Collins is a member of the Military Spouse JD Network Foundation. She received the Martindale-Hubbell Client Champion Platinum (2025) and Martindale-Hubbell Peer Reviewed (2025) awards.
