Tymber W. Long

Tymber W. Long is a personal injury attorney at Berry Law. Her practice covers car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, dog bites, slip-and-fall incidents, food contamination cases, and falling object injuries. She has extensive experience representing hundreds of plaintiffs.

Long earned her Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics with a Concentration in Law and Finance from Bentley University in 2018, her Master of Business Administration with International Business Specialization from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2020, her Certificate in Hospitality and Tourism Law from American University Washington College of Law in 2021, and her Juris Doctor with a Certificate in Business and Transactional Law from Washburn University School of Law in 2021.

She is admitted to the Nebraska, Kansas, and Missouri state bars.

Long is a member of the Kansas Trial Lawyers Association, the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, the Junior League of Wichita, and a Phi Sigma Sigma and Phi Alpha Delta alumna. She is a lifetime auxiliary member of Disabled American Veterans and American Legion, volunteers with Veterans of Foreign Wars, and serves as a volunteer judge for high school business competitions.

She was recognized as a 2024 Top 100 Trial Attorneys (NTLA) and 2022 Women Who Lead in Legal Services (Wichita Business Journal).
