
About James Coscia
James Coscia is an associate attorney with Block O'Toole & Murphy in New York City, representing individuals catastrophically injured in construction accidents and other serious incidents. He joined the firm in 2024 after building his practice around New York Labor Law and construction accident litigation, and is recognized for the dogged work ethic he brings to each case.
Mr. Coscia earned his Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Communication from Seton Hall University in 2015 and his Juris Doctor from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where he served as a member of the Drexel Law Review and received the Faculty Award for Academic Success at graduation.
Mr. Coscia is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of New York.
