Jeffrey A. Block is the Founding Partner of Block O'Toole & Murphy, LLP, a premier New York personal injury law firm he founded in 1989 after graduating from Brooklyn Law School. Over more than three decades of practice, he has built a reputation as one of the most highly regarded plaintiff's trial attorneys in New York, with the firm reporting more than $1.5 billion in resolutions for its clients. Jeff focuses his practice on serious personal injury matters including construction accidents, tractor-trailer collisions, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and medical malpractice. His philosophy is to take fewer cases so that he and his team can spend more time preparing each one — an approach that has produced numerous record-setting verdicts and settlements, including a $53.5 million recovery for a construction worker rendered paraplegic in a rooftop fall and a $25 million result for an injured crane operator. Jeff is admitted to practice in New York and Florida.
