About Allen Beasley

Allen Beasley is a Virginia Beach native who returned to the Tidewater area after law school to build a civil litigation practice. He earned his B.A. from the College of William and Mary and his J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law, and was first admitted to practice in 1985. Before joining Breit Biniazan in 2014, he represented both individuals and companies in administrative hearings and courts throughout Virginia. His admissions include the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers from 2011 through 2013 and again from 2020 through 2024, was named Best Lawyers in America Lawyer of the Year for 2022, has appeared in Best Lawyers in America since 2008, and holds an AV Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of the Norfolk Portsmouth and Virginia Beach bar associations and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and served as president of the James Kent Inn of Court in 2006.
