About Kevin Biniazan
Kevin Biniazan is the co-founder and managing partner of Breit Biniazan. He earned his B.S. from Grand Canyon University summa cum laude in 2014 and his J.D. from William & Mary Law School cum laude in 2017. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and Arizona, and before federal courts in the Eastern District of Virginia. Biniazan has recovered more than $500 million in total verdicts and settlements for clients. Among his most notable results is a $360 million jury verdict in a sexual abuse case, recognized as the largest tort verdict in Virginia history. He has also secured a $15 million verdict in the wrongful death case of Yeardley Love, a $15 million verdict in a motorcycle accident case involving amputation, and a $23 million settlement in a maritime flash fire matter. He serves on the board of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and is committed to representing clients in sexual abuse, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and civil rights cases.
