Michael Imprevento

Michael Imprevento has practiced personal injury and product liability law for more than four decades, having been admitted to the New York bar in 1983 and the Virginia bar in 1984. He earned his B.A. in History from Fordham University and his J.D. from Hofstra University. He is admitted before the Virginia Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for both the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, in addition to New York state appellate and trial courts. His practice concentrates on product liability, catastrophic injuries, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, and employment matters. He holds an AV Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell, has been named to Best Lawyers in America, and has been selected to Virginia Super Lawyers every year from 2006 through 2025. He has also been inducted into the Virginia Lawyers Hall of Fame.
