Justin Sheldon

Justin Sheldon is a partner at Breit Biniazan with a focus on wrongful death, brain injury, nursing home abuse, and catastrophic personal injury cases. He graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2011, where he also earned his B.A. from Roanoke College. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and is fluent in English and Spanish. Sheldon was recognized as a Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2015 through 2020, has been selected as a Super Lawyer since 2021, was named to The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40, and has appeared on Best Lawyers' Ones to Watch list from 2022 through 2024. Among his case results are a $360 million verdict in the Cumberland Hospital sexual abuse case and a $38.2 million class action settlement for insurance policyholders.
