About Patrick LaBella
Patrick LaBella is an attorney at Breit Biniazan with a background in personal injury litigation, constitutional law, and civil rights advocacy. He earned his B.A. magna cum laude with Phi Beta Kappa honors in Economics and History from Villanova University, and his J.D. cum laude from William & Mary Law School, where he was an editor of the William & Mary Law Review and published a student note in Volume 66. While in law school, he was a member of the National Trial Team, won the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County competition, and was named Best Overall Advocate at a national civil rights advocacy competition. Prior to joining the firm, he interned at the Newport News Commonwealth's Attorney's Office, held a summer associate position at a Washington, D.C. law firm, and worked as an honors paralegal at the Federal Trade Commission. He practices from the firm's Virginia Beach office.
