About Sarah Sauble
Sarah G. Sauble earned her B.S. from Gettysburg College in 2016 and her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law in 2019, and was admitted to the Virginia Bar that year. Before joining Breit Biniazan, she worked in insurance defense representing Fortune 100 companies on premises liability and product liability matters, an experience she now draws on to anticipate opposing strategies and build stronger cases for plaintiffs. Her practice spans premises liability, product liability, sexual abuse, civil rights violations, negligent security, and nursing home abuse, with a particular focus on advocacy for vulnerable populations including incarcerated individuals. She is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Richmond Women's Bar Association, and John Marshall Inns of Court. She was named an Up and Coming Lawyer by Virginia Lawyers Weekly in 2025, was selected for The National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 in 2023, and has appeared on the Virginia Access to Justice Commission Honor Roll in 2024 and 2025.
