David Anderson

David F. Anderson dedicates 100% of his practice to trial law, representing individuals rather than insurance companies. Before joining the plaintiffs' side, he spent years representing large corporations, learning how they defend claims. That experience now informs how he advocates for injured clients against well-funded insurers. He serves as an advisor and teacher, helping clients understand the legal process and feel supported throughout. He was elected President of the Polk County Trial Lawyers Association for 2022-2023 and is a member of the Florida Justice Association and the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division. He holds memberships in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and has an AV Preeminent Martindale-Hubbell rating.
