Doug Burnetti

Doug Burnetti founded Burnetti, P.A. in 1994 and has served as a Florida Bar Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer since 1999. He handles auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, and products liability. As a board-certified civil trial lawyer, he has tried a wide range of cases in the courtroom, and he believes that actually trying cases protects all clients and improves outcomes even at the bargaining table. He holds an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 2002. He is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers (now Florida Justice Association) as an Eagle Member, the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Polk County Trial Lawyers Association, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. He formerly served on the Florida Bar's Rules of Evidence Committee.
