About Lauren Lamb
Lauren Lamb is a workers' compensation attorney who previously spent more than a decade defending employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation litigation before transitioning to representing injured workers. Born in Tampa, Florida, she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Public Relations from the University of South Florida in 2007, and her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2013, graduating in the top third of her class. She received the FCSL Pro Bono Honors Award for contributing over 50 hours of pro bono legal work to the Jacksonville community and was a member of Phi Delta Phi Honors Fraternity. Her defense-side background gives her insight into the strategies insurers use to limit claims, which she now applies to anticipate challenges and build stronger cases for injured workers. She handles all aspects of workers' compensation claims, including evaluations, litigation, depositions, motion practice, and hearings before the Judge of Compensation Claims.
