Matt Kahn joined Butler Kahn in 2019 after four years handling catastrophic personal injury cases, complex business litigation, and appeals at Fried and Bonder. He focuses on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, including car accidents, truck accidents, and sexual assault claims. Matt earned his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2015, where he served as managing editor of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal, and his B.A. in Political Science from Georgia State University in 2012. His disclosed results include a $45 million motorcycle accident settlement, a $40 million guardrail wrongful death settlement, a $30 million pedestrian settlement, a $3.5 million sexual assault settlement, and a $1,050,000 truck wreck settlement. Matt has authored several articles for Georgia Trial Lawyers Association publications and is active in the organization's committees, including the Communications Committee and the Editorial Board of Verdict Magazine.
