Nicholas Davis

From a young age, Nicholas Davis wanted to be a lawyer and help people. Growing up in a small rural community in Western New York instilled values that continue to guide his practice. Before joining Cellino Law, formerly Cellino & Barnes, in 2008, Nicholas spent many years representing insurance companies and defending their insureds through all phases of personal injury claims, including trial and appeal.

He observed that insurers often focus on resolving claims for the lowest possible cost, which led him to switch sides and devote his career to injured individuals. Nicholas takes a hands-on approach with every client and is admitted in New York, New Jersey, and multiple federal courts. He is a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2013 through 2015.
