About Patrick Leavy

Patrick Leavy concentrates his practice on complex personal injury actions and is responsible for all aspects of litigation, including developing strategies, discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals. He received his J.D. magna cum laude in 2016 from SUNY Buffalo Law School and was a member of the Buffalo Law Review. Before joining Cellino Law, he served as an Appellate Court Attorney with the Appellate Division, Fourth Department, and was previously a partner at a litigation boutique law firm that handled personal injury matters and advised insurance companies on coverage. He has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America as Ones to Watch (2023) and received the Sheldon Hurwitz Young Lawyer Award (2022) and the Daily Record Up and Coming Lawyers Award (2021).
