About Amina Thomas
Partner Amina Thomas focuses the majority of her practice on privacy actions involving data breaches and the unlawful collection or disclosure of personal information. As part of the firm's data breach litigation team, Amina has helped obtain recovery for thousands of individuals whose personal information was leaked or unauthorizedly disclosed due to insufficient data security measures. Prior to joining CohenMalad LLP, Amina clerked for Judge Melissa S. May at the Indiana Court of Appeals and for Judge Heather A. Welch at the Indiana Commercial Court. In law school, she worked as a law clerk in the Consumer Protection Division of the Indiana Attorney General's Office.
