About Emily Herrin
Attorney Emily Herrin is an experienced trial attorney and a member of the Class Action practice group. She is part of the data breach litigation team and the bank fee litigation team, which has helped consumers recover tens of millions of dollars in improperly collected fee revenue from banks and credit unions. Emily's diverse legal background includes business litigation, complex civil litigation, personal injury, family law, and criminal law. Her trial experience includes serving as lead counsel on two jury trials and several civil bench trials. Emily began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for Judge Mary DeBoer at Porter County Superior Court.
