Jacob Kotter

Jacob Kotter is an attorney at Craig, Kelley & Faultless LLC in Indianapolis. He joined the firm as a law clerk in 2012 and became a licensed attorney in May 2015.

Born and raised in southern Indiana, Kotter attended Indiana University, Bloomington, majoring in Political Science and Religious Studies. Before law school, he worked for a law firm in Terre Haute helping clients pursue Social Security disability benefits. He earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in December 2014.

He is admitted to the Indiana Bar and is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. He has been recognized as a 2025 Super Lawyers Rising Star.
