Dylan McGurk

Dylan R.F. McGurk is a trial lawyer who joined Dan Caplis Law after ten years of practice in Arizona. Born and raised in Colorado, he competed as an alpine ski racer alongside all-time greats including Lindsey Vonn and competed in the Junior Olympics. Having been in several significant motor vehicle crashes himself, Dylan brings personal understanding to his personal injury practice. He earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, graduating on the Dean's List, then obtained his law degree in Arizona. While in law school, he was selected as an Honor Court Student Defense Counselor and received a CALI Award for the highest grade in his class. Dylan is a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association and has been named a Southwest Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2020.
