Travis Barbarick

Travis D. Barbarick brings over 10 years of legal experience to Dan Caplis Law. His practice covers personal injury, including automotive accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, and workers' compensation. He graduated with a B.S. from the University of Central Missouri in 2010 and earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2014, the same year he was licensed to practice in Colorado. While in law school, he clerked for the Honorable Judge George W. Draper III at the Missouri Supreme Court and served at the Missouri State Public Defender's Office. Travis participates in the Colorado Bar Association Workers Compensation Executive Council, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, the Colorado Workers' Compensation Education Association, and the Workers' Injury Law and Advocacy Group. He was named to Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2023 and 2024.
