About Jacob Kremin
Jacob Kremin is a trial attorney with nearly a decade of courtroom experience in Colorado's most serious and complex cases. Before joining Dan Caplis Law, he spent nine years at the 18th Judicial District Attorney's Office, rising to Chief Deputy District Attorney, where he supervised felony prosecutors and led the Human Trafficking and Cold Case Units. Over his career Jacob has tried more than 80 cases to verdict, with a focus on sexual assault, crimes against children, human trafficking, and homicide. He serves on the board of directors of a prominent anti-human trafficking organization. Jacob earned dual bachelor's degrees in political science and philosophy from Loyola University Chicago, then received his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, with studies focused on trial strategy and courtroom advocacy.
