Michael McGinley

Michael J. McGinley, Esq. is a Counsel Attorney at DeMayo Law Offices, LLP, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Born in Niagara Falls, New York, he brings a unique blend of insurance industry experience and legal practice. He spent 30 years at a major property and casualty insurance company, including in the role of Chief Claim Officer, before pursuing his current legal career.

McGinley earned his Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 1985, his M.B.A. from C.W. Post College in 1978, and his B.A. in Economics from the University of Buffalo in 1971. He was admitted to the North Carolina Bar in 2003.
