About Erik Hageman

Erik, an Abilene, Kansas native, brings a wealth of courtroom experience and a deep-rooted passion for advocacy to the DeVaughn James team. After earning his degree in Criminology from Kansas State University, Erik spent the early years of his career navigating the complexities of criminal and family law, a background that sharpened his ability to fight for clients during their most difficult moments. A die-hard Wildcat through and through, Erik is a constant fixture at K-State football games in the fall, though his sporting loyalty also extends to the ice as a devoted Edmonton Oilers fan. When he isn't in the office or cheering from the stands, he stays busy working on his 90s Bronco, playing guitar, or catching a new TV series with his fiancé and their three cats,Velvet, Nala, and Shooter.
