About Lynn Johnson
Lynn R. Johnson is an experienced trial lawyer and Senior Partner at Shamberg, Johnson & Bergman, Chtd., where he represents clients in complex personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He joined the firm as an associate in 1970 and became a partner in 1974. Raised on a family farm in western Kansas, Lynn earned his undergraduate degree from Kansas State University in 1967 and his J.D. with honors from Washburn University School of Law in 1970. He has been nationally recognized for his work as a trial attorney and has held an AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 1976. Lynn is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates, and a Fellow of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. He has served as President of the Kansas Association for Justice and as Chair of the Kansas Supreme Court Nominating Commission. He is a lifetime member of both the Kansas State University and Washburn University alumni associations.
