Zach Kluesner

From an early age, Zach has been competitive and loved anything that involved winning. This drive to succeed was paired with a desire to help others. The combination brought him to plaintiff injury practice after working as an insurance defense attorney. In fact, one of the greatest moments of his career so far was securing a massive settlement against a multinational corporation not long after he switched from insurance defense to plaintiff representation. While working on a case, Zach likes to stay involved from the very beginning. This approach lets him put the pressure on the defense early and gradually increase it until they break. Attorney Kluesner has earned recognition from Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2021 and 2022 for his excellent legal counsel and dedication to practice ethics. Growing up in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, Zach decided to stay somewhat local and earn his degrees at the University of Missouri, including his J.D. He also has a BSBA in Finance and Banking. When he is not working, Zach often plays golf and does woodwork. Of course, he also cherishes the time he spends with his wife and children.
