Justin Drake

Justin Drake is a Workers' Compensation Attorney and Certified Specialist in Workers' Compensation Law at Eason & Tambornini, A Law Corporation. He represents injured individuals and families across Sacramento, the Central Valley, and the Bay Area. Justin began his career at a statewide firm representing public service employees, then spent several years in workers' compensation defense with prominent statewide firms before returning to plaintiff-side work.

He earned his law degree from McGeorge School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan. He has served as a bond oversight committee member for the Fair Oaks Recreation and Park District and interned with the Maricopa County Superior Court as a judicial extern. Justin uses his defense-side background to anticipate insurer tactics and protect his clients' long-term interests.
