Lupe Carrasco

Lupe Carrasco is an associate attorney at Eason & Tambornini, A Law Corporation, focusing on workers' compensation. Admitted to the California State Bar in 2004, he spent the first eight years of his legal career in Southern California at insurance and employer defense firms, building comprehensive knowledge of how insurers delay treatment, dispute industrial exposures, and attempt to minimize claims. In 2012, he relocated to Sacramento to open and manage a regional branch for his prior firm.

He subsequently shifted exclusively to plaintiff-side representation, bringing that inside perspective to Eason & Tambornini. Lupe earned a degree in Sociology from UC Berkeley and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. He has personally appeared at all but two Workers' Compensation Appeals Board district offices statewide and holds particular expertise in claims involving construction trades, hospital workers, and restaurant employees.
