About Aaron Ser
Aaron Ser is devoted to ensuring individuals and their loved ones who have suffered personal injury receive justice they deserve. His practice involves personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, premises liability and products liability, engaging in all aspects of litigation.
In April 2025, Mr. Ser served as second chair in a record-setting $60 million medical malpractice verdict in Nassau County Supreme Court, believed to be the largest in the county's history. The case involved a 65-year-old man left permanently paralyzed after a routine epidural steroid injection. The jury unanimously awarded over $60 million for lifelong medical expenses, lost income, pain and suffering, and spousal loss of services. Mr. Ser played a key role in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
Mr. Ser was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He attended The Pennsylvania State University and Brooklyn Law School. During law school, he interned with a foreclosure defense firm, medical malpractice firm, the Police Benevolent Association of the City of New York and a commercial litigation firm.
After law school, Mr. Ser worked at a medical malpractice and personal injury firm gaining valuable insight into all aspects of litigation from investigation to trial. He has successfully briefed and argued several summary judgment motions and appeals. Mr. Ser co-authored an article analyzing breast cancer medical malpractice litigation in New York published in a prominent medical journal.
