H. Briggs Bedigian

H. Briggs Bedigian is a trial lawyer dedicated to representing victims of medical malpractice and catastrophic personal injuries nationwide. He co-founded Gilman & Bedigian, LLC with the goal of providing the best legal representation to those most in need. Briggs has tried more than 70 cases to verdict, including winning the largest medical malpractice verdict in Pennsylvania history, a $182 million judgment on behalf of a catastrophically injured child, and the second-largest medical malpractice verdict in Maryland history at $55 million. He routinely achieves multimillion-dollar pre-trial settlements, many in excess of eight figures. He earned his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating in the top 10% of his class, and his B.A. from Ithaca College, where he was an All-American football player and team captain. He was inducted into the Inner Circle of Advocates in 2015 and named 2013 Trial Lawyer of the Year by the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association.
