Lauren Geisser

Lauren M. Geisser focuses on catastrophic injury, personal injury, automobile accidents, and employment litigation. She handles hundreds of cases annually and consistently obtains verdicts and judgments larger than what insurance companies offered her clients. She has been recognized by judges as fierce, well prepared, and thorough at trial. She also represents employees in matters involving the Family Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act claims, and Maryland wage and hour claims. Her background in civil engineering, earned through a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University before law school, gives her a useful perspective on premises liability matters. She received her J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law. She was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Maryland from 2013 to 2017 (top 2.5% of lawyers in the state) and serves on the Baltimore City Bar Association's Lawyer Referral and Information Services Committee.
