About Christian Boesl
Christian E. Boesl joined Goings Law Firm as Of Counsel to lead its workers' compensation practice after a 14-year career at a large defense firm, where he represented insurance companies and corporations in circuit and federal court and before the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Commission. Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Christian became a South Carolinian after marrying his wife from Columbia. He has argued successfully before the South Carolina Supreme Court and the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, D.C. His defense background gives him a strategic understanding of how insurers and employers operate, which he now puts to work for injured workers. Christian holds a B.S. from Brigham Young University (1999) and a J.D. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law (2003), where he won the intra-school moot court competition. He is certified as both a Workers' Compensation Mediator and a Circuit Court Mediator, and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America for Workers' Compensation Law since 2016 and as a Super Lawyers selection since 2017.
