Franklin McGuire

Franklin McGuire Jr. is a South Carolina Midlands native who brings a background in marketing, leadership, and military service to his personal injury practice. He graduated summa cum laude from The Citadel (No. 1 in his class, 2014) and earned both an MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business and a J.D. cum laude from the Joseph F. Rice School of Law at the University of South Carolina. During his studies, he participated in the Honors Program, completed terms at Oxford University, the University of Cape Town, and the London School of Economics, and interned in the House of Lords. He serves as a soldier in the South Carolina Army National Guard, completing Basic Combat Training, Officer Candidate School, and a Basic Officer Leadership Course, with JAG Officer training scheduled. He was named to Columbia Business Monthly's Best and Brightest 35 and Under list in 2025 and is a Konduros Leadership Fellow at USC Law. Franklin was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2024.
