Ashley Reitz Peinhardt is a nationally recognized trial lawyer known for courtroom advocacy and client-focused representation. At Cumberland School of Law, she became a standout competitor on the National Trial Team, honing the skills that now define her success. As one of the first female attorneys at Hare Wynn, Ashley quickly earned a reputation for securing major settlements for her clients. Most of her practice has focused on medical malpractice cases, where she represents individuals and families affected by life-altering negligence. She has achieved many multimillion-dollar settlements and verdicts, some record-setting for particular counties. She combines legal skill with her passion for storytelling to connect with juries on a human level. Ashley frequently shares her trial advocacy knowledge through speaking engagements and as an adjunct professor at Cumberland School of Law. She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, which requires members to have significant courtroom experience and to exhibit civility, integrity, and professionalism.
