Bruce McKee

Bruce McKee's career merges deep legal research with real-world advocacy. After graduating from the Columbia University School of Law, he began his legal career in his hometown of Florence, Alabama, then served as the central staff attorney for the Alabama Supreme Court. His varied career eventually led him to Hare Wynn, where he has been a key figure for over 35 years. He is the firm's primary brief writer and handles most of its appellate cases, bringing meticulous research and strategic thinking to every matter. He continued his education with an LL.M. from the University of Virginia and has served as a professor of law at Faulkner University and Samford University's Cumberland School of Law, mentoring the next generation of legal minds. He is a member of the Alabama Law Institute and has served on the Alabama Supreme Court's Advisory Committees on the Rules of Evidence and the Rules of Civil Procedure.
