About Christopher S. Randolph Jr.

From an early age, Chris Randolph learned that solving complex problems is in his DNA. Growing up in Calhoun County, Alabama, he admired his grandfather, a sole practitioner with a law office in Anniston, and spent summers working in his office. After graduating cum laude from Harvard Law School, Chris started with a major Birmingham defense firm before joining Hare Wynn, where his skills flourished. He spent the early part of his career in mass torts and class action lawsuits, including years representing American corn farmers who suffered financial losses due to a seed company's negligence. That work ultimately led to a $1.51 billion global settlement benefiting corn farmers nationwide. As his career progressed, Chris devoted more time to single-event cases, from victims of eighteen-wheeler truck accidents to a family who died of carbon monoxide poisoning. A number of his cases before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals have led to precedent-setting decisions. He regularly publishes articles in the Alabama Association for Justice Journal and serves as one of three Alabama lawyers on the Eleventh Circuit's Lawyers Advisory Committee.
