Jed Manton

Jed D. Manton is a founding partner and trial lawyer who has spent more than 20 years representing families in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. He focuses on cases where the official account does not match the facts, working through investigation, reconstruction, and trial preparation to uncover causes that were hidden or misattributed. His practice covers trucking and auto wrecks, catastrophic injury, road defects, product liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, aviation, and insurance disputes. Manton secured a $27 million verdict in Fielder v. Latium USA Trading LLC for a client critically injured in a truck accident. He is a graduate of Mercer University's Walter F.
