About Madeline McNeeley

Madeline E. (Molly) McNeeley joined Harris Lowry Manton in 2011 after clerking for the Hon. Peter T. Fay of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and serving a term as a staff attorney to the Eleventh Circuit. She focuses on product liability, road defect, wrongful death, and other catastrophic personal injury litigation, and has won multiple multimillion-dollar judgments for injury victims. Molly is a graduate of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association's LEAD Program and is co-chair of the GTLA Amicus Curiae Committee. She writes and presents on roadway safety, commercial transportation, ethics, and litigation practice. A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law, she served as Executive Editor of the Tennessee Law Review and was selected to the Order of the Coif. She also holds B.A. and B.S. degrees, magna cum laude, from the University of Tennessee and an M.S. from the University of Maryland at College Park.
