Jordan Godwin

Jordan Godwin is an attorney at Henson Fuerst, Attorneys at Law in North Carolina. He joined the firm in 2022, focusing on complex litigation including catastrophic liability, medical malpractice, and nursing home, assisted living, and group home liability cases.

Godwin earned his Bachelor's degree from Methodist University in 2017 and his Juris Doctor from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law. While at Cumberland, he was a member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy and served as Director of Cumberland's Arbitration and Mediation program.

He is admitted to the North Carolina State Bar and all Federal District Courts sitting in North Carolina.

He is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the Cumberland County Bar Association. He serves as a board member of Methodist University's Legal Studies Department and as Co-Regional Coordinator for the North Carolina High School Mock Trial Program.

He was selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars in 2025-2026.
