Thomas Henson

Thomas Henson Jr. is a partner at Henson Fuerst, Attorneys at Law in North Carolina, where he has practiced since 1989. He is a Certified Specialist in Traumatic Brain Injury and his work focuses on catastrophic personal injury, roadway and construction defects, and nursing home abuse cases.

Henson earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1986 and his Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 1989.

He is admitted to the North Carolina State Bar and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of North Carolina.
