About Daniel DeBias
Daniel DeBias is a partner at Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates who joined the firm in 2007 and worked his way from staff to attorney while attending The John Marshall Law School at night. He earned a B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago (2006) and his J.D. from The John Marshall Law School (2017), where he was published in the John Marshall Law Review for a comment about protecting injured workers in Illinois. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in May 2018. During his first decade at the firm, Dan learned trial preparation and workers' compensation practice under partners Mitchell Horwitz and Wayne Newman. He now devotes his entire practice to representing injured workers.
