Tyler Berberich

Tyler D. Berberich is a partner at Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates and devotes his entire practice to representing injured workers before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission and in the courts. He grew up in southern Michigan and attended Michigan State University before moving to Illinois to attend Chicago-Kent College of Law (J.D., 2008). After a brief stint at Hennessy and Roach, he joined Horwitz, Horwitz & Associates in 2010 and was later made partner. Tyler serves as the current president of the Workers' Compensation Lawyers Association (WCLA) and was recognized as an Illinois Emerging Lawyer, a distinction earned by fewer than 2% of all lawyers licensed to practice in Illinois.
