Kenneth Nugent

Kenneth S. Nugent founded his personal injury firm in Atlanta in 1980 after earning his J.D. from Emory University School of Law, then built it into Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C. in 1989. Over four decades, the firm grew from a single Peachtree Street office to nine locations across Georgia. Ken is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Atlanta Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association, and he is a supporter of Atlanta Legal Aid Society. Alongside leading the firm, Ken remains actively involved in personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and workers compensation cases, and has backed community programs including the Georgia Classroom Scholarship and Relay for Life.
