Matthew Richardson

Matthew C. Richardson earned his B.A. from the University of Alabama in 2003 and his J.D. from Michigan State University School of Law in 2006. His primary focus is personal injury, wrongful death, professional negligence, products liability, and premises liability. Before joining Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C., he was an associate at McConnell, Sneed & Cohen and at Weinstock & Scavo, P.C. representing plaintiff interests in litigation, and earlier at Weinberg Wheeler Hudgins Gunn & Dial handling high-stakes insurance defense work across the country. His experience on both sides informs his approach to plaintiff cases. He is based at the Duluth office.
