
About Amy Dunn
Amy Dunn is Of Counsel at Kherkher Garcia and a Houston-based personal injury attorney focusing on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and commercial vehicle cases. Before entering plaintiff work, she spent eight years in New York City representing Fortune 500 companies in complex banking litigation, giving her a strategic advantage when litigating against large corporations and insurance carriers. As part of Kherkher Garcia's rideshare litigation team, Amy plays a key role in representing survivors of Uber and Lyft-related assaults. Raised between Houston and Taiwan, she brings adaptability and cross-cultural perspective to client advocacy. Amy is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Houston Law Center and a former board member of the Houston Trial Lawyers Association. She has served as a judge for Miss Texas USA and other statewide competitions and is working toward visiting all 63 U.S. National Parks.
