About Gerald Oginski

Gerald M. Oginski is Of Counsel at Kramer, Dillof, Livingston & Moore and has more than 30 years of experience in medical malpractice and accident law. He has successfully represented clients harmed by physician or hospital malpractice and those injured by someone else's negligence. He was among the first attorneys in the country to create educational video content for injured consumers, having produced over 3,000 YouTube videos explaining how medical malpractice and accident cases work. He is the author of four books: Secrets of a New York Medical Malpractice Attorney, Doctors Gone Wild, Beyond the ER Doors, and In Case of Death. He lectures annually at the New York City Bar Association on medical malpractice cases and holds a 10.0 AVVO rating. He received the Young Visionary Award from Mike Papantonio, President of the National Trial Lawyers. Oginski graduated from SUNY Stony Brook in 1985 and from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1988.
