Amanda Cruz

Amanda Paola Cruz Martinez is a Mass Tort Associate at Krause & Kinsman, representing individuals harmed by defective products and other mass injury events. Before joining the firm, she worked as a law clerk for Corporacion ENLACE, a nonprofit helping a community affected by polluted water, where she conducted legal research, drafted documents, and supported litigation that reached the Supreme Court of Puerto Rico. At Krause & Kinsman, Amanda has worked on the Zantac litigation on behalf of clients harmed by the product, the Maui wildfire litigation, and the Boy Scouts of America Sexual Abuse Lawsuit. She earned her J.D. from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law, where she served as Vice President of the Hispanic National Bar Association chapter, and her B.A. in Foreign Languages from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus. She is admitted to practice in Puerto Rico and is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
