About Robert Kinsman
Robert L. Kinsman is a co-founding partner of Krause & Kinsman and litigates mass tort and complex cases nationwide involving environmental disasters, defective products, and pharmaceuticals. His trial experience spans civil and felony criminal matters. Robert has managed some of the largest case dockets in the country from client intake through settlement, representing tens of thousands of clients. He holds leadership appointments in major MDLs, including a seat on the Executive Committee in the Camp Lejeune water litigation (EDNC 7:23-cv-00897) and Co-Chair of the Law and Briefing Committee in the Davol/C.R. Bard hernia mesh MDL (MDL 2846). He earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is admitted in Missouri, Kansas, and multiple federal districts. Robert and his family call Puerto Rico home.
